By Allie Flinn • Updated October 30, 2019
Fatigue and stress don’t stand a chance. Confession time: I can’t fully function in the world until my second cup of coffee. But when I started to need three-plus cups a day to feel remotely humanoid, I knew I needed to find other ways to boost my energy. Enter: adaptogen coffee recipe. Adaptogens are herbs that help your body adapt to physical and mental stress, and can help lower fatigue. The best part? You can add adaptogens to coffee for even more benefits. (Yes, coffee is good for you!) There’s no way I’m going to give up my morning cup of coffee anytime soon. Thankfully, this recipe below helps keep my energy levels up and my total coffee consumption down. Our adaptogen coffee recipe calls for ashwagandha and rhodiola rosea, both of which are found in HUM’S Uber Energy. Whip it up and enjoy!
