Gooey, guilt-free vegan brownie deliciousness.
The act of eating chocolate is supposed to be an indulgent, pleasurable, decadent experience—especially on Valentine’s Day, where the heart-shaped boxes filled with treats are especially prevalent. But not all chocolate is created equal, both in taste and in quality.
So this Valentine’s Day, whip up this no-bake vegan brownie recipe. It’s oh-so-easy to make (see: no-bake). Plus, it tastes sinfully delicious even though it’s made with good-for-you superfoods, including one of our favorites, cacao.
Studies suggest that cacao can help improve your memory, boost your immunity, and even help you lose weight. Raw organic cacao is also packed with antioxidants, and is one of the highest plant-based sources of calcium.
