First, high-grade CBD oil has “neuroprotectant properties that bring the body into balance,” Talbot explains. She likes to use the Charlotte’s Web brand. “Studies show that it can be highly effective in treating anxiety, depression, and pain.” In addition, she says, when you combine CBD oil with nutrient-dense superfoods, it can help protect the body from free-radicals and premature aging.
Then, coconut meat is a good source of lauric acid. “Lauric acid is said to have antibacterial and anti-fungal properties,” says Talbot. “Raw coconut meat is digestion-friendly, rich in enzymes, and lends itself to supple, glowing, and hydrated skin.” Also, raw coconut water is rich in electrolytes, which help replenish your body and balance fluid retention, she explains.
