For example, if you weigh 144 pounds, drink 72 ounces of water each day. That’s nine bottles. You might have also heard the old adage that eight cups of water a day will keep you hydrated. Well, one cup = eight ounces.  Starting your day with eight ounces of water can rehydrate the body, flush toxins out for healthy skin, decrease snacking and increase stamina during a workout. Taking Daily Cleanse and staying hydrated everyday using the measures listed above will go a long way. But to unveil a truly radiant glow, Sarah recommends the following simple tweaks to your diet.

Do:
Eat a rainbow of fresh produce.
Fill half of your plate with vegetables at every meal.
Choose healthy and hydrating fats like avocado, walnuts and coconut oil.
Go for lean proteins like chicken, turkey and fish.

Pass On:
Fried foods.
Inflammatory food groups such as gluten, flour, sugar and dairy.
Stimulants including coffee, cigarettes, cocktails and sodas (diet too!)
Empty calories found in processed foods.
