Here at HUM, we whip up healthy recipes, beauty hacks, and lifestyle tips to help you look beautiful from the inside out. This week, we’re bringing you this delicious anti-aging smoothie recipe. It’s packed with healthy greens (like spinach and kale) and healthy fats (like avocado and almond butter).
Bonus: Avocado has high amounts of vitamin E, which has anti-aging benefits and helps prevent free-radical damage.
Also, for an extra anti-aging boost, we added in our Collagen Love supplement. (Yes, you can actually add your Collagen Love pills directly into your smoothie! Thus it’s perfect if you hate swallowing pills.)

INGREDIENTS
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 handful baby kale
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup frozen grapes
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 bunch basil
- 1 bunch mint
- 3 capsules Collagen Love, opened
- 1 cup coconut water
SUPPLIES
- Blender
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
