Watercress is the superstar ingredient (which, thankfully, you can find at Trader Joe’s). This power veggie is a leafy green that has more iron than spinach, more vitamin C than an orange, and more calcium than milk. TBH, we don’t know why we haven’t been using this ingredient more often. Our clear skin smoothie also contains avocado, which is full of essential fats for glowing skin, plus parsley, which is full of vitamin C and helps rejuvenate your skin. INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup watercress
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp raw ginger
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 Gut Instinct capsule, opened

SUPPLIES

  • Blender

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add ingredients to blender and combine until smooth. Enjoy!
