This Limited Warranty (Warranty) is provided by HUM Nutrition Inc. (HUM Nutrition or we or us) and applies to physical products purchased directly from HUM Nutrition or its authorized resellers (collectively, the Products). By purchasing or using the Products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Warranty. This Warranty is subject to certain exclusions and limitations, as set forth herein.
Warranty Period
This Warranty is valid for one (1) year from the original date of purchase of the Product (the “Warranty Period”). To be eligible for warranty service, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt from HUM Nutrition.
What is Covered
This Warranty only covers material defects in the Products under normal use during the Warranty Period. This Warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the Products and is not transferable.
What is Not Covered
This Warranty does not cover:

Damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper storage or handling;

Damage or defects caused by natural disasters, acts of God, or other external causes beyond our reasonable control;
-
Damage from normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage, including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, or other superficial marks;
-
Damage resulting from use with non-HUM Nutrition products or accessories; or
-
Any Product that has been resold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of by the original purchaser.
Warranty Remedies
If a defect in material or quality is discovered within the Warranty Period, HUM Nutrition will, at its sole option and discretion:

For returns within thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase of the Product, refund the purchase price of the defective Product (only if the Product remains unopened) or issue a credit for the amount of the purchase price for such Product; or
-
For returns made after thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase of the Product, replace the defective Product with a new Product of equivalent value, at no charge to you.
Submitting Warranty Claims
If you believe you need warranty service under this Warranty, please make an account on the HUM Nutrition website and submit a claim at healthy@humnutrition.com. In your claim submission, you must include proof of purchase for the Product, a brief explanation for why you are requesting warranty service, and a description of the steps you have taken to troubleshoot the problem.
If your claim is accepted, you will need to deliver the defective Product, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, together with proof of purchase indicating the date purchased, to the address specified by HUM Nutrition. By sending the Product, you hereby acknowledge that ownership of the Product is transferred to us upon HUM Nutrition’s receipt of the defective Product. If HUM Nutrition determines that the claim is justified based on this Warranty, HUM Nutrition will bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Product to you. Any Product returned to HUM Nutrition without a valid warranty claim or without an RMA may be rejected, returned at your cost (subject to prepayment), or disposed of in HUM Nutrition’s sole discretion with no further liability or obligation to you.
All claims must be made within the Warranty Period to be eligible for warranty service.
Implied Warranties and Conditions.
HUM NUTRITION DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCT WILL MEET ALL CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS OR BE ERROR-FREE. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS (INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) WILL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HUM Nutrition shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, loss of use, or loss of data, resulting from any breach of an express or implied warranty or condition, or under any legal theory, even if HUM Nutrition has been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the form of action whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal or equitable theory. In no event shall HUM Nutrition’s total liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with this Warranty or the Products exceed the purchase price paid for the Products.
Governing Law
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Warranty shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Miscellaneous
This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between you and HUM Nutrition with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.

Our return policy is designed to be as stress-free as possible. If you purchased any products (each, a “Product”) on the HUM Nutrition’s website at https://www.humnutrition.com/ (the “Website”), you have 30 days from the date you purchased your Product (the “Return Window”) to return it for a full refund of the purchase price.
Return Instructions
To process your return, please package the product together with the original packing slip or a note including your full name, order number, and the email address associated with your account on the Website. All returns must be initiated within the Return Window. Products returned after the Return Window may be refused by HUM Nutrition at its sole discretion.
For exchanges, please also include the item you would like in exchange for your returned product on the packing slip or order note included in your return package.

Eligibility
Returns are eligible for refunds or credits, as applicable, if they meet the following criteria:

Unopened Products: Eligible for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges, if applicable) to the original form of payment.

Opened Products: Eligible for store credit in the amount of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges, if applicable). This credit can be applied toward exchanges or future purchases.
