When will I receive my first HUM box?


Soon after you submit your answers to the HUM Quiz, one of the HUM RD's will evaluate your answers and then email a personalized recommendation for you. This usually takes a couple of days. Once you then select your final choice of nutrients and check out, your box will be quickly dispatched via USPS. Depending on where you live in the USA, it should take between two and five days to then arrive at your doorstep! If you live outside of the US, your package can take from 2-3 weeks for delivery.


Are there any hidden fees?

Absolutely not. We pay Shipping on all orders over $50, and will charge $5.95 on orders below $50. For the State of California there is a Sales Tax, since we are based in Los Angeles. For International shipments, there is a flat shipping fee of $10.95. Please note prices are listed in USD and HUM is not responsible for customs, duties, or the exchange rate.


How often will I receive a box?

You'll receive your personalized HUM Box every month, or 30 days to be precise. That's why there are exactly 30 days worth of vitamins in each bottle, so that each HUM Box lasts exactly the right time for you until the next box arrives.


Is Postage Free?

Postage for orders over $50 is absolutely free, which applies to the vast majority of our orders. Let's raise a glass to that! For orders under $50 we do charge a $5.95 shipping and handling fee, and for International shipments there is a flat $10.95 shipping fee.


How much does a box of HUM vitamins cost?

Since we're all different, we all require different formulas and amounts of vitamins, depending on our age, lifestyle and our personal environment. Hum's formulations range between $10 to $60. All HUM formulas follow the same high quality standards, but due to the complexity and cost of some of the raw materials that we source sustainably, the price point varies.


Where and how does HUM ship?

We ship globally via USPS. US customers will be able to track your HUM Box as it finds its way to you via the USPS tracking system.


What if I move and need to change my address?

First, congrats on the new home! Need a hand with the IKEA assembly? Walter's great at it.

Secondly, just login to your HUM account and update your info.

What is your cancellation policy?

On a month-to-month plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time - just email us at healthy@humnutrition.com, or give us a ring at (888) 647-8880 and and we'll be happy to assist. Our hours are 9-5 PCT, not including weekends or public holidays.

We'll be sad to see you go, though, and hope you'll return soon!

If your Box has already dispatched, then you can easily return the package and we will refund your order once we receive it.


Am I able to cancel if I am on a Commit and Save plan?

Our 3, 6, and 12 month Plans are put in place to provide savings to customers who commit to their monthly order for the duration of their Plan -- we highly recommend selecting a Plan when you would like your healthy delivery for the duration.


That being said, it is possible to cancel while on a Commit & Save Plan, but we will have to deduct any savings you have received from previous orders due to the Plan. We do charge your account the amount of any Plan Savings accrued if you choose to cancel before the period is up.


Will I get an email before you ship?

Yes, we will email you 2 days before shipment, so you can either do nothing and receive your box or change the shipment date, cancel all together or modify the content of your shipment.


Can I modify the content of my HUM box even when I picked a plan such as 90 days, 6 months or 12 months?

Whether you are on month-to-month or any of our commitment and save plans, you can ALWAYS change the content of your order and add or remove any product from it. If you are on a commit & save plan, your cart cannot be empty so you will need to pick at least one of our products for shipment.


How does the BUY3 & SAVE 25% work?

It is a very simple to reward our loyal customers. Pick any 3 products and we deduct 25% of your total, it's that simple.


How does Commit & Save work?

The longer you commit, the more you will save, currently up to an additional 25%.


Can I combine savings from BUY3 & SAVE with savings from commit & save?

Yes, it is so simple and there is nothing you have to do, we will take the discounts off for you automatically. If you pick at least 3 products, we will take off 25%. If you then pick a plan, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months, we will take off an additional 15%, 20% or 25% respectively.


What is HUM's return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your HUM Box, just return it to us within 30 days. Unopened product will be refunded fully. Opened product qualifies for store credit only. Just return the box and the contents to us.

Note that shipping and handling is not refundable. For further details, please read our shipping and returns policy.

If there is an issue with the box's contents (i.e. a bottle is missing or the wrong bottle), we will naturally rectify this as fast as we can for free. Just email healthy@humnutrition.com or call us at (888) 647-8880. We want to be very helpful and keep you humming!
