Here&#8217;s her haul for a week of groceries with only fifty dollars to spend.\n<h2>Strategy &amp; Tips For Budget Grocery Shopping<\/h2>\n&#8220;Whenever I go to the supermarket, I start in the produce section and try and load up on as many vegetables as I can,&#8221; Sarah tells us. She also considers her macronutrients, looking for a healthy balance of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.humnutrition.com\/blog\/benefits-of-soluble-fiber-vs-insoluble-fiber\/\">fiber<\/a>, fats, complex carbohydrates, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.humnutrition.com\/blog\/why-do-we-need-protein\/\">protein<\/a>.\n\nThen, it&#8217;s good to think about the versatility of your ingredients.
