This four-ingredient recipe has been popularly adapted to replace hamburger buns, pizza crusts, danishes, and about every other carb indulgence you can think of.\r\n<h2>But first, ARe Carbs really that bad?<\/h2>\r\nCloud bread might be a godsend for those who are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.humnutrition.com\/blog\/gluten-intolerance\/\">gluten<\/a> intolerant, but registered dietitian, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.humnutrition.com\/blog\/author\/alexc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Alex Caspero, MA, RD<\/a>, warns the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.humnutrition.com\/blog\/types-of-rest\/\">rest<\/a> of us against swearing off carbs in an attempt to lose weight.\r\n\r\n&#8220;I dislike that carbs are so vilified,&#8221; she says. &#8220;I see so many clients whose diets are so high in animal proteins and very low in carbohydrates, and it&#8217;s not making them any healthier. When we look at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.humnutrition.com\/blog\/dr-david-sinclair-longevity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">longevity studies<\/a>, most populations eat a high-carbohydrate diet. It&#8217;s the <em>type<\/em> of carbohydrates that matter,&#8221; she says.\r\n\r\nRather than eliminating carbs completely, she suggests opting for those that come from whole grains, legumes, fruits, and vegetables.
