These help protect your joints, boost your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.humnutrition.com\/blog\/how-the-immune-system-works\/\">immune system<\/a>, and improve the look of your hair, skin, and nails.\r\n\r\nThe most common way to enjoy bone broth is warmed up on its own. But the folks at Soupure, an LA-based line of whole-food soups and broths, also love to throw in some additions, turning a savory snack into a warm, comforting meal. Inspired by their method, we teamed up with Soupure to bring you two delicious recipes using bone broth.\r\n<h2>Bone Broth Recipe #1: Beauty Broth Bowl<\/h2>\r\nThis beauty-boosting recipe is packed with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.humnutrition.com\/blog\/collagen-benefits\/\">collagen<\/a>, which helps your skin look glowing and radiant. Cook until the bok choy wilts.\r\n\r\nHeat Soupure bone broth in a saucepan. Use a spoon to stir the broth into a &#8220;whirlpool.&#8221; Slowly pour in the beaten egg, then stir again to create egg ribbons.\r\n\r\nAdd the saut\u00e9ed veggies plus the remaining ingredients, and reduce to simmer for five minutes.
