While a breathwork exercise can certainly up the ante, Bianchini says taking a few deep breaths every morning before you start your day, while also setting an intention for the day, can make a difference. \u201cThis raises your vibration because your breath can quickly shift your nervous system out of stress and into a calmer, more grounded state,\u201d she explains. \u201cWhen you set an intention, you choose the energy and mood you wish to bring into your day.\u201d Setting an intention is also beneficial because, as the day gets away from you, you can come back to said intention to become more present instead of operating on autopilot.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-move-your-body\">Move Your Body\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Movement is one of the best ways to raise your vibration, especially if it\u2019s a kind of movement you enjoy like dancing, rollerblading, jumping on a trampoline, swimming, yoga, and more. \u201cMovement raises your vibration because it helps move stagnant energy, release stress, increase circulation, and boost your mood,\u201d says Bianchini. \u201cWhen you move in a way that feels good, you are able to reconnect with your body, which naturally creates more energy, joy, and flow.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-connect-with-positive-people\">Connect With Positive People\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Connecting with others is a great way to raise your vibration, so long as those people fill your cup up rather than empty it out. \u201cSpend time connecting with positive people who you love and light you up,\u201d says Bianchini. \u201cThis raises your vibration because energy is contagious,\u201d she adds. According to Bianchini, time spent in nature is one of the highest and quickest ways to boost vibration. \u201cWe are all creatures of nature and earth, so connecting with Mother Nature is he best,\u201d she notes. \u201cNature helps regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and bring you back into connection with yourself.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-favor-face-time-over-screen-time\">Favor Face Time Over Screen Time\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Spending time with positive people is one way to raise your vibration, but being more and more intentional about how you spend said time is key. With that in mind, favoring face time over screen time is a way to increase your energy levels and support overall vitality. Decluttering your desk, doing the dishes, and picking up all of the miscellaneous items that get scattered throughout the day are all ways that can instantly increase your space\u2019s energy levels while also raising your own vibration.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-takeaway\">The Takeaway<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>In addition to these ways to raise your vibration, Bianchini says anything that brings you joy, lights you up inside, and makes you feel good will raise your vibration. \u201cSometimes, the simplest things like sunlight, fresh air, music, laughter, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.humnutrition.com\/blog\/types-of-rest\/\">rest<\/a>, nourishing food, and real connection are the most powerful,\u201d she explains.
