Instead, they\u2019re simply not the norm or hard-and-fast rules. \u201cIn fact, for those who&#8217;d agree that size matters, some would cite \u2018too big\u2019 as a problem, not a preference,\u201d she continues. Plus, \u201cDuration of intercourse won&#8217;t get you to orgasm if you&#8217;re not already aroused enough, and many women just don&#8217;t get turned on enough to come that way.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Of course, things will ultimately hinge upon personal preference. Moreover, Dr. Queen is adamant about clitoral self-stimulation during intercourse, so don&#8217;t hesitate to (ahem) give yourself a hand. \u201cNormalizing that action would do a lot to close the orgasm gap,\u201d she adds.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Dr. Berkheimer\u2019s recommended sex positions to stimulate the clitoris during intercourse include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Doggy style<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cowgirl<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Side by side (aka spooning)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p>These positions also work well to achieve a blended orgasm during anal sex. However, she notes that not all women will react to it, even by steadily increasing speed and pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-u-spot-orgasm\">U-Spot Orgasm<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Next up is the U-spot, a small area of sensitive tissues at the opening of the vagina directly above the clitoris. Dr. Berkheimer advises massaging the U-spot, varying the motions with a finger (or tongue) both vertically and horizontally. \u201cLastly, using the erect head of a penis to stimulate the area can bring a woman to climax when combined with clitoral stimulation,\u201d she adds.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nipple-orgasm\">Nipple Orgasm<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Dr. Berkheimer confirms that you can absolutely achieve orgasm through nipple play\u2026 even without stimulating your sex organs.
