However certain groups may be at more risk: <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/23209782\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Globally, 17.3 percent<\/a> of individuals are at risk for zinc deficiency, Granberry says.
