If you don\u2019t eat enough, your body will be forced to make tough decisions and direct essential nutrients to where it\u2019s needed most (and that\u2019s <i>not<\/i> your hair or nails).<\/p>\n\n\n<p>So what foods make your nails grow longer and stronger?
