We were lucky to get acquainted with Nada Ivanovic, a <a href=\"http:\/\/nada-ivanovic.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nike Master Trainer<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/nadaivanovic23\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fitness expert<\/a> based in Berlin. Here&#8217;s a look at her weeklong workout diary for top-notch fitspo.\r\n<h2>7 Days of Workouts with Nada Ivanovic<\/h2>\r\n<h3>Monday: Stretching &amp; Mobility<\/h3>\r\nMonday mornings are always tough. That\u2019s why I try to focus on the day&#8217;s opportunities and start with a thorough workout based in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.humnutrition.com\/blog\/types-of-yoga\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">yoga<\/a> and mobility to stretch my fascia and muscles, as well as open my joints. It&#8217;s my time to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.humnutrition.com\/blog\/box-breathing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">breathe evenly<\/a> and gather the power I need for the week ahead.\r\n<h3>Tuesday: Glutes and Upper Body<\/h3>\r\nA glutes-focused workout with a resistance band is an important part of my training routine. Strong glutes can help prevent pain in the knees, low back, hamstrings, and groin.\r\n\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/media.giphy.com\/media\/jVSj910VvjP2foLKev\/giphy-downsized-large.gif\" alt=\"Nada Ivanovic HITT + burpee workout\" width=\"480\" height=\"270\" \/>\r\n<h3>Wednesday: HIIT with a push &amp; row focus<\/h3>\r\nThis is one of my favorite HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workouts, which helps increase my cardio and muscular endurance. Part of the workout is full-speed rowing, while the other incorporates burpees to push my heart rate to the max.\r\n\r\n<img data-dominant-color=\"989687\" data-has-transparency=\"false\" style=\"--dominant-color: #989687;\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-17649 size-full not-transparent\" src=\"https:\/\/www.humnutrition.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Nada-Invanovic-Running-The-Wellnest-by-HUM-Nutrition.jpg\" alt=\"Fitness influencer Nada Ivanovic running\" width=\"770\" height=\"578\" \/>\r\n<h3>Thursday: Long-distance running<\/h3>\r\nI always try to incorporate running in my basic workout schedule. This run isn&#8217;t supposed to be crazy fast, but rather I focus on endurance, structure, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.humnutrition.com\/blog\/30-day-meditation-challenge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mindfulness<\/a>. I typically run about 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) through the park to reap both relaxing and motivating benefits.\r\n<h3>Friday: Boxing<\/h3>\r\nFridays are my action-packed sports days. This week, I decided to head over to my boxing gym and train with a group of friends. A good boxing workout will absolutely knock me out\u2014pun intended\u2014and conclude an active weekday schedule with something fun yet challenging at the same time.\r\n<h3>Saturday: Unplugging<\/h3>\r\nSaturdays usually entail whatever I&#8217;m in the mood for. But this particular week, I decided to unwind, check in with myself, and treat my body to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.humnutrition.com\/blog\/types-of-rest\/\">rest<\/a> day. One of the best components of self-care on any day, of course, is my favorite HUM supplement, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.humnutrition.com\/product\/42\/glow-sweet-glow\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Glow Sweet Glow<\/a>. Today specifically, I wanted to focus on inner beauty, which doesn&#8217;t always have to have a physically challenging aspect.\r\n\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/media.giphy.com\/media\/gL2QWrLG69xas6KrPx\/giphy.gif\" alt=\"Nada Ivanovic core workout with resistance band at Black Sheep Athletics Berlin\" width=\"480\" height=\"272\" \/>\r\n<h3>Sundays: Core<\/h3>\r\nToday I&#8217;m doing some core movements to stabilize the upper body and lower back. These exercises include antagonist movements, meaning we train the back and the stomach simultaneously so both sides can strengthen equally. A very important part of the core is the transversus abdominis, which takes care of our fundamental full-body posture, supports opening the chest, and allows for healthy breathing habits.
