However, our bodies <a href=\"https:\/\/www.humnutrition.com\/blog\/30-plants-per-week\/\">benefit from more variety<\/a>. You should aim to eat the rainbow to get a range of nutrients\u2014think vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and phytochemicals\u2014into your diet.
