Packed with beta-carotene, the precursor to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.humnutrition.com\/blog\/retinol-in-your-20s\/\">retinol<\/a>, they help reduce oxidative damage done by harsh products, the environment, and sun rays.\n\nTo give your skin a boost of radiance, I\u2019ve roasted them with antioxidant-packed spices, including:\n<ul>\n \t<li>cumin<\/li>\n \t<li>chili powder<\/li>\n \t<li>cayenne pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nHeat lovers, rejoice! Make sure the flesh of the sweet potatoes are well-coated.<\/li>\n \t<li>Place in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake until potatoes are tender and beans are crispy (about 25-30 minutes).
