Cooling Coconut Smoothie for Summer

This delicious and cooling smoothie is the ultimate companion for the warm summer season. We recommend making it as a super-hydrating snack after a long day at the beach, or better yet, in the morning to revitalize after a long night of rosé.

Key Ingredients

We used fresh coconut meat and cream to get an ample serving of natural electrolytes for the body. Meanwhile, a little frozen mango adds flavor and Vitamin C to protect skin from air pollutants while you’re out and about. Finally, spinach pairs nicely with the alkalizing greens in our new Raw Beauty Coconut + Tropical Infusion superfood powder and provides twice the amount of iron as many other greens. Iron deficiencies can result in fatigue, apathy and even pale skin – not quite the look we’re going for this summer.
