Cooling Coconut Smoothie for Summer

This delicious and cooling coconut smoothie is the ultimate companion for the warm summer season. We recommend making it as a super-hydrating snack after a long day at the beach. Or better yet, drink up in the morning to revitalize after a long night sipping rosé.

Coconut Smoothie: Key Ingredients

We used fresh coconut meat and cream to get an ample serving of natural electrolytes for the body. Meanwhile, a little frozen mango adds flavor and vitamin C to protect skin from air pollutants while you’re out and about. Finally, spinach pairs nicely with the alkalizing greens in our new Raw Beauty Coconut + Tropical Infusion superfood powder, and provides twice the amount of iron as many other greens. Iron deficiencies can result in fatigue, apathy, and even pale skin—not quite the look we’re going for this summer.
